O ALAAFIN DE OYO PRESERVA O PATRIMONIO DA CIDADE DE OYO
HIS IMPERIAL MAJESTY OBA (DR.) LAMIDI OLAYIWOLA ADEYEMI III, JP., CFR., LL.D., THE ALAAFIN OF OYO,the GRANTOR and the custodian of all lands housing historical monuments, animals, trees and other antiquities needed to be preserved for the present generation and the generations yet unborn within the Oyo community and its environs.
1. The natural enviroment of the said historical monuments, animals, trees and other antiquities is necessary to be preserved in its original nature and as such not to be destroyed or sold.
The GRANTOR hereby grants and donates the historical buildings
OJUBO Esu Akesan and Ojubo Oosa Elewura to ASA ORISA CULTURAL ASSOCIATION, CAC/IT/NO 70064, of OYO TOWN.
1. The said historical building shall be preserved in perpetuity as monument for the present generation and the generation yet unborn.
2. The ASA ORISA CULTURAL ASSOCIATION of OYO shall continue to preserve the said historical building in its natural nature, it shall not be sold nor change the natural nature and whatever natural things on the historical monument.

O CONCEDENTE concede e doa os edifícios históricos OJUBO ESU AKESAN e OJUBO OOSA ELEWURA para ASA ORISA CULTURAL ASSOCIATION, CAC / IT / NO 70064, de OYO TOWN.
O referido edifício histórico será preservado como monumento para a presente geração e a geração ainda não nascida.
A ASSOCIAÇÃO CULTURAL ASA ORISA de OYO continuará a preservar o referido edifício histórico em sua natureza natural, não poderá ser vendida nem alterada a natureza natural e quaisquer coisas naturais no monumento histórico.
